Mrs K Trevor

Mrs Trevor is the Trust HR Manager within the Business Management Team at Barton Court Academy Trust.

Mrs Trevor has worked for BCAT since March 2024.  She has been proud to work with many schools in Kent since 2008, both as an external consultant and as part of school management teams.  Previously she worked in HR roles at Ford Motor Company and Kent County Council.

Mrs Trevor is responsible for managing the Trust HR Team, to provide an HR administrative service across all schools, and provides the Executive Headteacher and Senior Leadership Teams with HR support and advice.
