Mrs N Coles

Mrs Coles is the Trust Chief Finance Officer within the Business Management Team for BCAT.

Mrs Coles is responsible for providing finance and strategic leadership to the Trust and our schools, as well as supporting the Executive Headteacher in the successful delivery of the Trust's strategic plans.

With over 15 years’ experience in the not-for-profit sector, Mrs Coles career began in the NHS before transitioning into the Academy sector a decade ago.   During this time Mrs Coles has been involved in implementing systems and processes for a new Academy Trust and managing the finances of a medium sized Trust encompassing Nursery through to Sixth Form education.
